Geocaching South Australia, on behalf of Team Scoobster, invites all geocachers in South Australia this Sunday (8th December) to the Annual SA Christmas Event 2019. This event is always a highlight of the SA Caching calendar, and once again is being hosted at Jenkins Avenue Park in Rostrevor, between 11am and 2pm.
The Queens Birthday Long weekend provides the perfect backdrop for SA Geocaching's annual camping & geocaching event. This year was the 18th annual consecutive event held in South Australia. This years theme was "Quest for the Holy Grail" we saw knights swords, witches cauldrons, medieval feasts, and a giant Trojan Rabbit created and hidden as part of Sunday's fun.
The St Arnaud Event is set to be the next big event in the state of Victoria. Once again, Geocaching Victoria will be putting on lots of geocaching activities, opportunities for socializing with like minded people, heaps of games and lots of family friendly activities. As well as lots of caches!
The last Seaside event was held at picturesque Horseshoe Bay in Port Elliott, the tenth in the series. A special thank you to Ken, Margaret, Josie and Shane for all their work over the years to make this event such a success for the South Australian geocaching community.
