EVENT REGISTRATION

This form allows to register for the event and book camping in one transaction. However, camping can still be booked separately at a later date if you are unsure of your plans at this stage. Click here to book camping separately.
Camping must be booked by Saturday June 18 at the latest.

The cost is $20 per player. 10 years and under can participate for free.
– This includes participation in all games and a bacon and egg breakfast on Sunday morning
On-site camping is an extra fee.

Camping fees:
Powered sites: $25 per night twinshare, $5 per additional person (to max of $40)
Unpowered sites: $20 per night twinshare, $5 per additional person (to max of $35)

Camping powered sites are located in car park area (see image below). Pegs will be hard to get in in carpark area due to the gravel. Cars can be parked next to all powered sites. One car per site, an extra cars can be parked in the car park.
